COVID-19 changed the way we live and work forever. For Global-South-based women’s rights organisations (WROs), it has meant utilising technology to connect with each other, reach clients and mobilise inclusion in the humanitarian system, a sector which historically excludes WROs’ participation and leadership. However, a digital divide exists in the feminist movement. In this event, Global South WROs and international NGOs will discuss inclusive technological solutions which bridge this gap to strengthen connection and collective action in demanding the humanitarian system recognises and resources women’s leadership.
